Haven is an internal tool designed exclusively for members and staff of Christ Church of Winchester to support our church community, ministry activities, and pastoral care.

By using Haven, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use the App. If you have questions or concerns, please contact the Church office or your ministry leader.

  • Volunteer service history
  • Small group assignments
  • Deacon care assignments

Access to this information is limited to church leadership and staff members who need it for their specific ministry responsibilities.

  • Some historical records may be retained for church record-keeping purposes (such as giving records for tax purposes or membership records)
  • Church leadership may retain minimal information necessary for ongoing pastoral care responsibilities

If you leave Christ Church of Winchester, your account may be deactivated while retaining essential membership records in accordance with church policy.

5. Children's Privacy

Haven is designed for use by families within Christ Church of Winchester, including children and youth. We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and take children's privacy seriously.

  • Information about children under 13 must be entered by a parent, guardian, or authorized church staff member with parental consent
  • Parents and guardians have the right to review, update, or delete information about their children
